A downloadable tool for Windows

This is a map editor I made for DarkBASIC Classic. The original version was in spanish only, so I translated the readme file and manual to english; and since I lost the source code, hacked the EXE with a hex editor to translate all messages to english as well.

Very rough in general, but this was my beginnings.
